Privacy

Your information should have a clear purpose.

This notice explains what PPE collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Effective August 27, 2026.

Information PPE collects

When you contact PPE or request access, PPE may collect your name, email address, the information you choose to share, your consent record, and basic security information used to prevent abuse. Members may also provide assessment responses, goals, preferences, and requests inside the private member area.

How information is used

PPE uses this information to respond to you, review access requests, provide coaching or program guidance, keep the member area secure, document consent, and maintain necessary business records. PPE does not sell personal information to data brokers or use private client information to create advertising profiles.

Health and coaching boundary

The website supports education, coaching, and follow-up. It is not a medical record system and does not diagnose, prescribe, dispense, or replace care from a licensed healthcare professional. Do not submit emergency information. Contact local emergency services if you may be experiencing an emergency.

Who may handle information

Jason Stella and people who help him administer PPE may review information when needed to respond, provide the service, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. Limited service providers may process information only as needed to support the website and member experience. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Other services

If you choose to continue to another service, its privacy terms apply to information you provide there. PPE does not send your complete private assessment responses through the public website.

Retention

PPE keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, follow-up, security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Information may be removed sooner when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of information associated with your email by contacting Jason. PPE will verify the request before acting. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, legal obligations, or documentation of a prior request.

Security and age

PPE uses safeguards intended to protect personal information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. The service is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children.

Changes

PPE may update this notice as the service changes. The published notice will describe the practices that apply at that time.
